Biscotti are on top my list right now. They are fairly easy to make, and the best part is they keep for weeks.

Made two lots on Sunday - almond with cinnamon, and sultana cinnamon for our nut allergy Geanie :) 
Packed high in protein biscotti are convenient, tasty, and a healthy afternoon snack to dunk with the mid afternoon tea. Beats grabbing a packet of crisps a feeling sorry after.
