The Lantern Festival, is a Chinese festival celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month in the lunar year in the Chinese calender. To be honest I had no idea it had anything to do with the Chinese New Year, I had to google to find out what it was all about. In Southeast Asia, The Lantern Festiva is usually celebrated as the Mid-Autumn Festival, this is usually held sometime towards the end of the year. Well know I know, while kiddies in the ASEAN countries are playing with gun powder on the 15th day of the lunar year. There are some that just get candles haha!
The ducks are by far my favourite out of the lot. I only I had plyers with me, ehemm!
